After earning a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from The Maryland Institute, College of Art, Lillie worked at several firms in the Baltimore and Washington, DC, area as a print designer. After completing her graduate studies in publications design and web from the University of Baltimore, Lillie worked for iXL/Scient and Booz Allen Hamilton, where her clients included DuPont, Eastman, Capital One, and the federal government.

Lillie has more than 14 years of professional design experience, which includes print and interactive design. She brings to LIOBmedia a grounded sense of concept development.
Her hobbies further reflect her artistic interests; in her spare time Lillie enjoys painting and watching movies.
One of the founding members of LIOBmedia, Chima performs project management duties on our engagements. Chima specializes in providing clients with feasible, cost-effective solutions to their requirements, founded on research and analysis of project and organizational goals.
He is also involved in several other aspects of LIOBmedia, including business development, financial forecasting, project planning, and day-to-day operations.

Chima attended George Washington University as an accounting major. And he also has an IT background; he’s a certified database administrator, with experience using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server technologies. His previous professional experience includes the healthcare, finance, and government industries.
When he’s not working, Chima is a film enthusiast, watching movies and collecting DVDs.
