
This person must demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. He or she will use creative design, IT, and staff-augmentation knowledge to develop and grow a client base by selling creative consulting services for projects and interim staffing solutions.
In addition, the business development and sales executive will make outbound sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with managers to prospect for new business and identify project needs. Motivation and the ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial setting are needed.
A four-year college degree is preferred. The perfect candidate will have more than four years of sales experience. Two of the following practice areas are required:
